Great older rv park with a great staff. We got a buddy site that is covered and the trees around the park are matured and give off great shade. They put up a wash station while everyone was here for the Sturgis. We will be back when we come back for Sturgis or just to visit. Thank you for a great week we had here. We enjoyed it.
We stayed in the cabins this time. I don't recommend. Too small, not very clean, road noise, and restrooms were closed there (they need to be). The staff are all very wonderful. We brought our camper the the last time and had a great experience.
I have stayed at this RV park, hotel, and cabins many times. I recently had to cancel my stay in the RV park for 3 nights and Cabin No. 1 for 4 nights. The reservations weren't until September 25th, 2025. They canceled the RV site but I haven't received any refund. I canceled the cabin rental the same phone call and they have not canceled my reservation. I have contacted them by email at least 5 times and they don't respond. Our stay was great 19-21st of July we had space shade the staff was kind and very pleasant to work with! The bathrooms and showers may be a little outdated but hey we’re camping I’m glad it was more than a porta potty like what I would have gotten growing up in the 90s and early 2000s I would stay there again for sure! What a breath of fresh air and the views around were amazing close to lots of area attractions. We wanna give thanks for accommodating our family last minute and for the extra day we added on!
We stayed at the RV sites. They are tight on left side for big rigs, but level and come with a picnic table and shelter with lighting. Very clean park. I found 23 channels on antenna he tree. You can get to Mount Rushmore easily from this spot.
