I’ve been coming to this practice for years and generally appreciated the routine care. However, my most recent experience was very frustrating. After receiving bloodwork, I had one question and was told someone would follow up. That never happened. When I finally reached out, I was told I needed to schedule and pay for an appointment just to get one answer. Dr. Palmer’s is amazing I’ve been her patient for about three decades. I’ve taken my mother, my children and grandchildren to this office For, a healthy recovery and care. If you’re searching for adoctor who’s knowledgeable who has a bedside manner who cares about you as a person this is who you need To schedule an appointment with, a beautiful soul inside and out.
Dr Palmer and staff are always so amazing and take the time to listen what you need. When I'm sick, they can fit me into their schedule to help me get better. Much appreciated and highly recommended.
I choose this doctor because I heard how caring and nice she was and I've been going to see Dr. Palmer for over 5 years, but when I stated that I was a little annoyed over the excessive wait time was was unusual since my previous visits I was told that I could go to another doctor's office. No "sorry for the wait" that I get from my other specialty doctors so I was a little disappointed and hurt over my experience.
