I started seeing Hayden two years ago for my hormonal acne. Two years later, after a saliva test, stool test snd countless supplements, I still have hormonal acne. Hayden is lovely, knowledgeable, and clearly very educated. I have nothing against him. I've just come to the realization that he can't help me any further. I have been dealing with acne since my teenage years. It went away for some years and came back again around my adulthood. It got really out of hand during my postpartum periods. I have been seeing Hayden from Happy Healthy Wellbeing Centre for about 5 months now, and whilst I am still on my journey, the results so far have been really great. I have struggled with hormonal acne since I was a teen, was put on the pill and whilst my acne did improve on the pill, it wasn't completely gone and I felt it was simply masking an issue without treating the root cause.
