Terrible idea to go on 500 calories a day! Lost weight, but who wouldn't? The stress of the drastic change brought on shingles and don't even get me started on the amount of money I forked over! A very expensive lesson in "if its to good to be true, it probably is"!

At the request of my wife, I flew to CA to do the program as we had heard very positive feedback on it and the program info made sense.
