Love my nails! Nancy has done my nails multiple times and always does a great job. She takes her time and always checks in with me to ensure I am satisfied with my nails!
I have been a client for years. These last few times the service has been awful. Today, I brought my daughter. She had gel tips and a pedicure that were done professionally. I had the world’s most awful pedicure and was scheduled for a manicure as well. The pedicure was done incorrectly. My nails were a disaster and the tech didn’t know the steps of the pedicure process. I got the Hollywood pedicure deluxe special and let me tell you I don’t think it’s worth it. That was the quickest pedicure I ever gotten. The young girl did good on the polish but everything else was alright. Barely cut the cuticles or scrub on the bottom of my feet. Also it said it comes with hot stones didn’t even get that.
If there was an option to give zero stars, that would be too much for the Salon.
The staff were all so nice and sweet and so understanding. Nini did a amazing job and copied the reference photo perfectly.
