I have been getting haircuts from them for a while and every time I was given great experience. Sonia is a great hairstylist who listens and gives you exactly what you ask for. Definitely recommended.

Sonia did an amazing job with my highlights! She matched the colour perfectly with what I had previously. In addition to being excellent at what she does, I felt she was also very good at guiding me in the type of colour I should go for. I felt I was in good hands! Will definitely be going back to see Sonia again =)

I have been going to Happy Hair for all of my services for over 15 years, and they consistently provide all of their services. I go there because of Sonia’s amazing service, be it haircuts, waxing, eyebrows, or facials. She does it all and prioritizes my needs. She also does my daughter’s haircut, waxing and eyebrows. Recently she did my daughter's grad hairdressing and it turned out simply perfect.

I think it’s safe to say that my hair is absolutely ruined. I just wanted a simple haircut with long layers. Attaching pictures for proof. The worst part was the customer service where they’re asking me to avail any other service as compensation. The ethical thing to do is refund and undo the damage as much as they can but to my dismay the response was quite abysmal! I won’t recommend it to anyone.
