I booked an appointment with Happy Hair by KBM online and paid a $50 deposit. The appointment was cancelled on the day of the appointment by the business, not by me. Not being able to find a suitable alternative date, we cancelled the appointment and a refund was due. Despite multiple calls, emails and voicemails over several months, the deposit was not refunded until I lodged a formal complaint with Liquor, Gaming and Fair Trading Queensland. Tayla has been my stylist for years now and she is INCREDIBLE! All the girls are! Tay always provides such great advice for hair maintenance which is always appreciated when you’re just a girl lol. You will not be disappointed with Happy Hair! They are worth every dollar!
Bit dissapointed , I contacted someone from the salon a photo of my hair and she said she had a cancellation and I could come in the next day for a consultation. I arrived and the girl that served me didn’t feel confident enough to do my hair so she took a strand test and said she would contact me later that day to let me know how it went with bleach . Waited 4 days now and no message back , If she didn’t feel confident enough I would’ve appreciated a text so I know to look elsewhere
