It started off so great. We were looking to have new gutters put around our deck. The salesman was awesome, punctual and effective; by the time he was done we had agreed to have all our gutters replaced! The project manager came by, verified everything and the next step was scheduling. Great! Except we were then ghosted. Happy Gutters displayed terrible customer service. We need to get new gutters installed, and I have used Ibex roofing before to maintain my roof. I have also referred many people to them. They likely would have been who we hired, but they refused to come and give us a bid unless both my husband and I were at the appointment. My husband works east coast hours and I sell real estate, so I work evenings and weekends. Overlap is not common between us both being home. Refused to give us a bid to replace our gutters unless both my wife and I were home during the estimate. We both work long and varying hours and cannot schedule a time where we know we will both be home. They refused our business.

Unless you have some friends who work here and you're certain that you're getting a sweet deal, it's probably best to shop around a bit. Gathering a few bids before deciding which service to go with is common practice for the trades, and is often times the best way to get a reasonable price from a top quality company; however, this doesn't seem to line up with Happy Gutters' values.
