I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this office, specifically from the receptionist. A pediatric dental office should have a warm and welcoming environment, but instead, we were met with rudeness and a complete lack of kindness. The receptionist was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero patience or empathy toward both parents and children.
