UPDATE: Happy Foot Massage reached out to us personally and apologized for everything. They even offered us a free treatment to make things right. Since we are on vacation we can‘t take the offer but really appreaciate it! I hope the internal process will be improved and this won‘t happen again. Excellent place to go to relieve any pain or just get rid of stress. I have been getting massages from Amy to relieve my lower back pain and improve my circulation for 4 years now. She has never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and highly skilled. This is my goto place for a massage. The best in Fresno.
Book my foot massage with foot scrub on April 5, 2026. I had a very disappointing experience at this massage place. I went in for a relaxing foot massage with a scrub, but instead ended up with scratches and irritation on my foot (see photo). The scrub felt way too rough and was not done professionally at all. I’m reading the reviews and I’ve seen a couple people experience pressure into tipping as so did I. I was taken back a bit because it’s not ethical to ask for more tips. I tipped more just because she was asking for it as I was trying to be nice about her request. As a customer, we’re already paying a lot, so it’s confusing as to why I have to pay more for something that should already be in the cost. Amazing! I came in for a tension headache, and it was gone after the 30 minute reflexology! I thankfully had an easy walk in. The gentleman behind me had to come back because there were not enough people. So it was a little chaotic for a couple minutes.
