Unprofessional and Uncomfortable – Be Cautious My partner and I went to Happy Foot on Sunday, May 11th, for a Couples Massage expecting a relaxing experience—but what we got instead was awkward, unprofessional, and honestly concerning. Made an appointment for my wife and mother in law. They got there and they had taken a walking and told my wife they were too busy. They asked if she wanted an upgrade massage and then they could possibly take her. When she didn’t want to upgrade they told her again they were too busy. 1 person was there!
I called like an hour in advanced so they could do both me and my wife we got to the place and there was only one girl working on my wife I dident even get anyone to give me a massage the woman kept calling someone else asking them to come over and when are you gonna be here and all that but no one ever showed up more people came in and she just sat them down and dident even massage them for like an hour horrible service I would stay far away I also would never recommend this place ever
The massage was mediocre mostly focused on my calf half of the hour.....the phone was ringing so my massage therapist answered the phone in the middle of the massage 3 times went to front desk to answer the phone and came back, she dont even speak ENGLISH I wonder if she is even legal owning the business or even have a massage therapist license, performing massage in USA without a license is extremely illegal so i won't be surprised if she dont own license or insurance, the spa was empty no people no staff but only her and t... read more
