Wonderful job by Alex and his crew who refinished five rooms while we were away. We were thrilled to come home to absolutely beautiful floors. The difference was amazing, it's like living in a brand new house. We would not hesitate to recommend Happy Floors. Thank you for a terrific job!
Alex and crew did an excellent job from start to finish. Not only were they able to refinish very worn floors that had 32 years of wear, they were able to match it to the kitchen floor installation they did at the same time. I was amazed at the transformation, the workmanship, how detailed they were and how well they kept everything so clean. I wouid not hesitate to recommend them. Please beware—I have NEVER written a negative comment before but I wish someone had warned me! We had the worst and very costly experience with Happy Floors—Our project included installing brand new maple hardware floors upstairs and downstairs —not a cheap investment. They did not follow the standard procedure of placing nails 6-8 inches apart and now we have major issues of the floor gapping and lifting due to this short cut & negligence.
