Had a great stay here, grounds are well kept up and clean, pool is nice and plenty of chairs for everyone. Beach here is clean and not crowded, had a balcony with view of ocean and sunset. Nice managers who seem to genuinely care. If you prefer smaller boutique places this is it.

Great first time experience. We have booked again next year! This is our new vacation spot in IRB for sure. Easy walking to popular places and beach access. Pool is clean and grounds are well kept. Our condo was also clean and accommodating.
My husband and I just spent 2 weeks at the Happy Fiddler on Indian Rocks Beach and it was the most peaceful and relaxing condominium we have ever stayed at. When my husband and I pulled up to the property we were impressed how well the grounds were kept. Luke, the manager takes care of the property as if it is his own. Luke directed us to the office where we met his lovely wife Cheryl. She was genuinely kind and very sympathetic to the fact that we have been on the road for 10 hours.
