Extremely horrible customer service!!! Have been here in the past and all went well. Today they REFUSED a 20% tip and forced us to give them more money!!! It came to the point where they were chasing us out the door and continued to hand back the tip we gave them and BEGGED for at least a $12 tip on a $35 service!!!! That is 35% TIP. A tip is a suggestion and not a requirement. Absolutely disgusted will never go back. Ever.
I did half hour of foot massage. It was my first time. Walk-in. The staff were friendly, kind and professional. Enjoyed the massage; relaxing and soothing. Will visit again
Took other people in, wouldn't make it right, wouldn't discount my next visit or refund me for the gift certificate, stay away from this half baked operation, you've got plenty of other options.
I've been a patron here for over a decade, my whole family encluded. I've even taken friends from the city, talked up this place to others, and never had a bad experience until today. When you make an appointment, shouldn't it be honored? And in the event they let someone else take my appointment by mistake, shouldn't you make it right? All I got was excuses and false promises.
