Well, things have changed...I've resolved issues before with appts, ALWAYS TIPPED WELL, but EVERY appt lately is NOT without issues. I wait 15 mins, 30 mins, and this time Lisa took someone ahead of me as I was walking in the door...1 minute before my actual appointment time...no one would even look at me. The poor receptionist-who's new since I've been going there- didn't know what to do...

I went to this salon recently and I got pedicure and French tip w/ gel. The person who did my pedicure was great, but my manicure was done so poorly. My French tips are so uneven and messy; just awful. I’m so upset I spent over $100 with everything combined, I won’t be coming back.
Nina is the best nail tech I’ve ever had. She was such a perfectionist when it came to my nails. Definitely worrh every penny.Would highly recommend this place and Nina for all nail services. Thank you Nina ♥️💅🏽
