Cleanliness and customer service feedback: Customer service was bad- I understand a language barrier can make communication difficult, but the woman just truly wasn’t nice. And unfortunately the lack of cleanliness was the topping on the cake. I had not even gotten up from the bed and she was rushing to fix up the bed for the next customer- with USED sheets and towels from my service!!
