I have been with Happy Feelings for almost a year now and I must say they have been nothing short of Amazing. Mrs. Golliday and Ms. Stroud have been there through everytime I have needed them they have been exceptional. Anytime I have reached out they have not left my calls unanswered and they do not let me be without I look forward to continued services and would most definitely recommend to anyone in need.
I was working for them & when I started the lady MS.OWENS told me before hiring the clients was gone be in the south side suburbs Chicago. When I started I didn’t get a client until 2 weeks later. Once I got a client she was super far from my home for me to travel. After I couldn’t work with that client anymore I was calling for 3 weeks straight trying to get a client & ms Owens was undecided if she wanted to give me a client. Friendly service; so far so good; had a few issues with scheduling & return calls. It seems to be getting better.
Despite being listed in the Blue Cross Community provider search they were unable to provide a CNA 2 times a week without additional insurance.
