I agree with the 1-star review. I also don't appreciate the fact that she doesn't have the ability to discern a person's request. She doesn't listen and doesn't understand. When you say you don't want to come to this practice, that means you don't want to come. That doesn't give you the right as a provider to then take that person's phone number and text them afterwards asking them to text you back with all of their personal information. Switched over to this place for regular PCP related checkins and Dr. Lee is great. Whenever I need to do blood work with her, there’s no pain at all and the visit is overall informative and pleasant.
