Very informative, the entire staff is friendly and professional.
Michelle exam was very thorough and she explained everything I needed to know about hearing loss.

Both my wife and I met with a Tech, Michelle, for a hearing assessment and recommendations to replace and upgrade our old hearing aids. The assessment was detailed and clearly articulated. The recommendation was clear and offered without pressure. The patient support program and product warranty were clearly explained. The patient scheduling coordinator, Mary, was very helpful as well. We were very pleased with our Happy Ears experience.
