I had a wonderful interaction with everyone. I got great information and felt comfortable in their care!
I had an appointment this morning with happy ears. I was quite disappointed after spending $75 to only have my hearing aids cleaned and no other options available to me. I understand that without a contract with them you will pay premium price for whatever you need. But seeing as I was a current patient I felt they could have done a little bit more to help me out. So now I am in the position of having to decide do I stay with the practice or leave. Also the staff did not seem to be very happy today.
I’m from out of state & my receiver broke off my hearing aid. After going to 4 other hearing aid stores I tried Happy Hearing Aids & they had it fixed for me in less than 10 minutes. Awesome customer service when I wasn’t even a regular customer.
After moving back to Arizona, I knew I would re-establish my care here. I have complicated issues related to my hearing loss and Dr Brown was very knowledgeable about them. She provided me with excellent care and understanding. The front office staff is very kind and informative! Thank you…. I will continue my hearing care here!
This is my first experience here, everyone was wonderful from the front desk to the doctor. Would highly recommend them!
