The staff at the Gilbert location were great. Dr. Brown explained the testing process thoroughly. Would highly recommend.
A really great experience at the hearing center, the audiology assessment was much more thorough than my experience at a previous audiologist some years prior. The staff is very professional on intake, and everything was clearly explained, submitting forms was flawless and with no hiccups. Great experience. Dr. Brown was skilled and helpful. This was my first hearing test so I was a little nervous about the process. But the entire office was welcoming and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this great doctor and her team.
We waited nearly six weeks to get my 13 year old in, but after reading their reviews and talking to the nice woman who set our appointment, I decided it was worth the wait to go someplace that seemed like others had appreciated. I am glad we waited. The doctor was so kind and patient with my son. At 13, he was embarrassed to be there, and she did so good interacting with him. We just started our journey at Happy Ears Gilbert, but I am glad this is where we started.
Very quick and simple process. Dr. Brown was very personable and explained everything clearly.
