My 3 year old loved it! Laurie, the teacher, is very patient and clearly knows how to do with toddlers. The session was well structured, my son had a big smile afterwards. Definitely recommend it
My daughter loved every minute of her Happy Early sessions. She was very enthusiastic about learning yoga positions and discovering relaxation and mindfulness tools. Laurie is a great teacher, i would definitely recommend Happy Early
Laurie is a warm and welcoming person and the kids instantly trust her. My son attended and kept talking about his session saying how much he wanted to go back. His favourite time was the meditation and making monkey yoga poses ! He really came back with sparkles in his eyes and this is all what a mother wants to see. I would definitely recommend happy early for every Mum who wants to make their kids happy 😊
Amazing experience! Laurie is a wonderful teacher and brought to my kid during this session tools that are so key to feel good. They learnt to breath, to relax and focus, making many animal yoga positions: the kids loved the monkey one! Will come back!
