there’s a $5 fee PER DAY if you want to watch the cameras for more than 30 minutes. It felt strange to see transparency monetized. Limiting how long owners can check in on their dogs creates an uncomfortable dynamic.
Mike loves this place. The intro package was an unbelievable deal, and he was quickly accustomed to a few visits a week. The staff are truly so kind, and the ability to view Mike on the webcam for a quick check-in during the day put me at ease for his first few visits. They also gave him a perfect haircut.
Happy Dogs is great! My dog can usually be a bit nervous to be somewhere new but the staff takes incredible care of him. By the second visit he was excited to show up!
We had a great experience with this doggy daycare! The staff was warm, attentive, and clearly loves what they do. Our puppy came home happy, tired, and well cared for, which says it all. It was reassuring to see how thoughtful they were about playtime and supervision. We’ll definitely be bringing our pup back and highly recommend it to other dog parents. 🐾
I’ve been sending my small Pomeranian to Happy Dogs for daycare and boarding for years, but after my last experience, I won’t be returning. They’ve recently introduced a DAILY $5 fee for unlimited camera access, which used to be included for free. This change was not communicated to me before I dropped my dog off, leaving me with no alternative but to pay if I wanted peace of mind while she was boarded.
