My girls do not like to be away from home and usually take several days to adjust once we get them, but this time was very different. It was our first time to Happy Dog Hotel and I can tell they were well taken care of and loved on during their visit. No problems adjusting back to their normal routine at home. We will be back! Thank you HDH, you made this mom happy.
Of course my rating was deleted when pictures were involved. Stay away people. Horrible business etiquette.

I am sorry that you were so upset for it being shaved so short, and we do understand you not being satisfied. When the area by the nose, especially on a short muzzle dog gets tears that dry on the skin sometimes it forms a crust and must be cleaned daily. It was very crusty around her eye, but not so bad that skin was scalped. If you look closely at picture, there is still a light bit of hair on the skin.
I don’t leave my dog often but when I do, this is the only people I would leave him with!! It’s so clean and the are the sweetest people!! The suites are very roomy and comfortable!!
