I've been taking my dogs here for at least 10 years. It used to be super cheap, but during the pandemic they had staffing issues and the quality went way down... Now (2025) the prices are competitive with other nearby places, but still lower than most. The quality of the day care and boarding services is back to what it once was and the customer service is now better than ever. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to clients' needs.

Worked here for a while.makes workers work alone with so many tasks and too many dogs in one room .not enough space.workers leave the dogs alone saying it's fine so they can be in the front to do reception or in the building next door.fights can easily happen that way.thats why workers keep leaving and theyre hard to replace .
