Took our 2018 Grand Design Reflection to have some minor defects fixed, such as a leak in the shower seal, reset the door striker on the entry door so it would lock, some trim around the door that fell off. Small minor factory defects. We purchased two extended warranties when we bought the RV. Lazy Daze told us nothing was covered. Nothing period. They did reset the striker and charged us $300.
