Waiting about 1 + just to get in and park another 35-45 mins for admission website posted apple picking which wasn't available Then they charge 13 pp cash only plus tax but it didn't include the majority of activities for kids that was extra money Get to the pumpkin patch to find everything has been damaged and defective Its nice but not worth the money Plus we left without a pumpkin too!!!
Business response:
Marilyn, Due to the weather being poor the weekends prior and being perfect this weekend, we had a lot of guests visit our farm this past weekend. Due to the amount of guests our lines were long and many pumpkins were sold in a short period of time. We do not advertise anywhere on our website about apple picking. We did have an apple festival in september where everything was apple themed, but there was no apple picking at that time either. As far as the admission the 13 is to cover the cost of employing people to supervise ... read more
Very disappointed..only 1 window open to buy our bracelets.. Way too packed... Lines were insanee for everything..couldnt even get a pumpkin they were either smashed or dented..
Business response:
Sorry you were dissapopinted Katie. We are taking your review into consideration and we are going to make the appropriate changes. As for the pumpkins we had so many guests that we sold more than we ever have before. We can assure you that the next time you visit we will have plenty of pumpkins to choose from!
The wait to park was horrible, then an hour wait in line. I was exhausted by time I finally got in. The hay ride wait to get back from the zoo was ridiculous. My granddaughter had fun and I guess that's all that matters. Prob would never go again.
Business response:
Donna, the long lines were due to the outstanding weather we had. We were working our hardest to try to get everyone around the farm as quick as possible. The middle of Otober is the busy time of the season, but give us a try in the earlier weeks and im sure you will enjoy it much better!
The farm itself was wonderful. It was clean, the activities were great and the staff was friendly. BUT the traffic was 45min in the street to get to the parking lot. Then we had to walk a really long way only to wait another half hour to buy tickets. When we finally reached the pumpkin patch at the end of the day there were only a few broken pumpkins left. It was a lovely idea and a cute place but not worth the nonsense to get in.
Business response:
Jessica, we were very busy this weekend due to the weather. Be assured that we are workign on new traffic patterns on the farm to smooth out all the issues that are being brought to our attention. As for the pumpkins, being that we had so many guests, we sold a lot of pumpkins early in the day. As stated before all of these issues are being taken into account and we will be sure to resolve them!
All was fantastic but getting in n especially out was hurendous
It took forever to get to the parking but sooo worth it! My 3 year old had a blast. So many things to do. Love it and for sure will visit the farm again even if i have to wait in that long car line hehe
Business response:
Glad you had a great time! Cant wait to have you back!
