I booked a deep clean service with Happy Cleaner, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing to a very large extent. Communication was poor from the start when they arrived — and it has been almost three weeks that I've been trying to get hold of any of them by email or phone, and I have received no feedback. My girlfriend booked a deep clean service with Happy Cleaner, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Communication was poor from the start — we couldn’t get a hold of anyone by phone. The automated message about arrival time was incorrect, which added to the confusion. We provided clear details about the house size — a small, single-floor bungalow — during the booking process. Extremely lousy company . Called them four times for a quotation for their 350 dollar services yesterday at Masonville. I have yet to receive it. Will keep posting one star reviews until they send me my quoation . Disastrous service

Hired to do a full deep clean of my mother’s home after she passed. Took my money and did not complete the job. I had to have it recleaned. I’ve called and emailed to discuss their work with them and they have ghosted me. DO NOT HIRE THEM!
