I booked a deep clean service with Happy Cleaner, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing to a very large extent. Communication was poor from the start when they arrived — and it has been almost three weeks that I've been trying to get hold of any of them by email or phone, and I have received no feedback. My girlfriend booked a deep clean service with Happy Cleaner, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Communication was poor from the start — we couldn’t get a hold of anyone by phone. The automated message about arrival time was incorrect, which added to the confusion. We provided clear details about the house size — a small, single-floor bungalow — during the booking process.
