Absolute worse experience ever. The first red flag should have been when he told me to go get the parts. But didn’t tell me specifically which one (because there was two different kind) so when I called about 10 times and nobody answered. I pulled back up to the shop after driving 20 min there and back and walked into the building and all he could say was “I’m glad I didn’t do it”. No apologizes. Nothing. All he said was we just busy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Most unprofessional place I’ve ever experienced.
Took my daughter there to have car diagnosed, mechanic Gabriel indicated what part to go get. We leave for and call on the way to advanced auto and they said which one upper or lower of course Gabriel didn’t state which one and well neither my daughter nor I are mechanics and didn’t know which one to get so we called couldn’t get a answer and we tried both numbers several times and finally got Pedro he said call the landline and of course we did and still no answer.
