The guy we had was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He was professional, fast, positive personality. Absolutely the best RV service we have ever had!!!!
I do not recommend dealing with this company whatsoever. They charged my card $292 before ever even arriving at my location or doing any work. I called them back and told them don’t bother coming Because I was able to fix it myself and did not need them. I didn’t even realize till the next day that they had taken that money out because they never had asked my permission and never performed any work. I had a $4000 dollar A/C installed and have been calling for two days to get warrantee service no one responds!!! Do not use this company no matter what!!!!
I see there's a couple older negative reviews for Happy Campers. But I must say, they were the third company we called as everyone else kind of gave us the runaround regarding our inoperable frigerator and Happy Campers was the only company to show up and actually work. Spoke w/ Jay and he had a tech out (Zachary) within two hours. So already Happy Campers was doing better than everyone else. Zach diagnosed the issue thoroughly. I ended up needing a new frigerator. Recently Zack came to our campsite to evaluate a leaky kitchen faucet. The faucet needed replacing and he let us know the cost of replacement and when he would arrive for installation. He is a good guy and explained the process as he worked. I would certainly call his service again. Thank you Zack!
