We suddenly had a water pump that needed replacing in our 24' motorhome when we were traveling a big loop from Washington to Illinois to Texas to California and home. We called Tom when we were camped north of Kansas City on a Sunday evening. He set us up for an appointment in the Liberty Lowe's parking lot for 8:30 am. Monday. He met us there punctually and replaced the pump in less than an hour. He was very nice and knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Tom for any RV need.
The gentleman called me right back and was totally honest with me on what the problem could be, a capacitor; along with telling me about the cost of a new AC. Thank you for your knowledge, honesty, and support. I would recommend him!!! The gentleman was correct. It was the capacitor.
Had an issue with my roof ac. It had been working in the morning and wouldn't come back on after doing some work on generator. Called Happy Campers and Tom got back to me quickly. After a few minutes of questioning he gave me a couple places to look for the problem to fix. He was spot on. He could have come out and charged me a service call and fixed it in two minutes, but he just helped me do it myself for a few minutes on the phone. We are in Missouri visiting from Alaska. Our awning decided to buckle on us halfway out. Tom tried to find a closer tech to help us out and when he had no luck, he showed up on a Sunday (memorial weekend) to get us in a position where we could drive to our next destination. He is a valuable asset to the RV community! Thanks again Tom!
