Through many different diagnostic situations, we finally discovered that our trailer brake system on our truck was faulty. Joel and his crew installed a new trailer brake system and we thought we were ready To go. Our first time using HCRV and we're very impressed and satisfied. We had a family emergency out of state. We needed to leave ASAP. Joel and his crew from HCRV worked diligently in between his busy schedule to get us on the road. They are patient, listen, professional and friendly. We will definitely be calling on him again! Their drivers text and drive and cut vehicles off in traffic like laws don't apply to them doesn't seem very professional to me
