I have used Happy Camper 2X since I purchased my 2024 mobile home. The first time was to ask Joel for a general inspection of the "new to me" unit. The second time was to ask HC to do some minor warranty work. Joel did the inspection the first time and did a very thorough job (literally from top to bottom and from front to back). Through many different diagnostic situations, we finally discovered that our trailer brake system on our truck was faulty. Joel and his crew installed a new trailer brake system and we thought we were ready To go. On the day before our trip, we learned that the trailer brakes still weren’t working so I called Joel and he switched his schedule so that he could meet us at our RV storage unit. Our first time using HCRV and we're very impressed and satisfied. We had a family emergency out of state. We needed to leave ASAP. Joel and his crew from HCRV worked diligently in between his busy schedule to get us on the road. They are patient, listen, professional and friendly. We will definitely be calling on him again! Their drivers text and drive and cut vehicles off in traffic like laws don't apply to them doesn't seem very professional to me
