Beast in Sales & Service
Bought a rig 8 years ago, the loan was done incorrectly & not the terms discussed with sales rep, had it to their shop 3 times for electric issues & was told it was in my mind, almost burned down because the plug in to park tower was 10 amps below factory specs & less than sold to as. GFI was never installed in my kitchen & outlet never worked on both plug ins (even after supposed replacement), one outlet only had one plug & with the other blocked off & a third outlet only worked on top. Purchase a Opus4 in the month of May. Overall the sale was great just be aware of the sales guy. He's what I would describe as a 90s car sales man. And unfortunately at times he was very unprofessional with the other employees there in front of me. Otherwise the other staff was informed, polite and helpful.
