This place is a gem. After 4400 km, at 3:30 pm, we are two hours from home, just pulling into Edson, and the leaf spring on my tent-trailer blows. To say that nobody wanted to spend a night in Edson after such a long trip would be an understatement. We were mentally already showered and in our own beds. However, I google the nearest trailer RV place, and it is only 800m away! I called them, and Wendy says to bring it right over. Add an emergency. Call during.e anciens they received me on Monday. Resolved part of the probleme. Order parts. Longer than what they bought...but shorter than what they say. Everything was repaired within a week and a half. It was cooling systeme of my fridge , After we order the cooling system across the border,12v propane/generator/120v. Receive it and as soon as arrived ...they installed it. 5⭐️

I really don t like to give bad reviews. But I also feel this needs sharing. I had a product ordered in for me. On pick up it was not in its original Packaging, box was removed. When I got home I noticed there was no manual although I could see where it was tapped on to the product and had been removed. There were also no stickers, tags, nothing (it looks maybe like a used product). When I called the parts lady, she told me that all their products were shipped unboxed and none of them came with instructions. That seems reall... read more
