John is a great sales person.
Talked to the owner on sat and he told me the car was mine. Waited 2 days for my loan to be accepted and called and he sold the vehicles. Not a phone call nothing. Out for the money and does not care for his customers. I will be telling everyone I know in mass and in rhode island never to buy a car from this place. Recently bought an 2012 Ford Edge as a new family car. Allen was wonderful to work with. Will recommend to anyone looking for a reliable reasonably priced vehicle.
Last week I had purchased a beautiful condition 91 deville from Allen here at this place. He was very fair on the price and easy to work with. Could not be happier with the vehicle and the service. Don't hesitate to go here if he has something of interest. Won't be disappointed
The only reason Im even giving a star is because A) I have to and B) John was helpful in some aspects with the camper. However, being helpful doesnt counter the fact that we were sold a complete money pit of a camper. Just to begin, John promised the camper would be detailed before we bought it and it was left uncleaned with a strong odor from the rugs.
