I replace my awning and at some point the screwdriver in the hole on the left side slipped out. We finished the awning not knowing this occurred and the awning would not retract. My Brother in law suggested Happy Camper RV Repair. I called them on Friday, June 27th in a slight panic since I was taking the family camping on July 2nd. Amazingly enough, I received a message on Monday June 30th telling me my camper was ready. They knew my situation and in my opinion, made me somewhat of a priority. The best customer service experience…. We pulled our camper into our camp site, leveled off and hooked up our utilities. Went inside, turned on the lights and extended our slide outs and turned on the water heater before starting to arrange the camper as well as unpack our truck. Later I noticed that our electrical outlets didn’t work. Tried to reset the GFCI but it would not reset.
