Best Chinese Food Ever I've been going there for 20+ years. I've sinced moved out of state and tried many other Chinese restaurants, but no other ever compares. Every time I'm in Galveston I go to Happy Buddha at least twice. The egg rolls and won ton soup are delicious, and I've yet to have an entree that wasn't good.
good fried rice Happy Budda is ok chinese food. The wait staff is good and the food is good. Nothing great but on the island you get what you can and I do enjoy their fried rice and iced tea.
