Asked for a textured middle part, specifically requested to leave some length / not cut too short and was completely ignored. I'm writing this review a month and 2 weeks later and my hair still has not "recovered" and grown back to a length that is suitable for the middle part, leaving me very frustrated. Paid $50, never coming back again.
