I work close by and walked into the salon hoping to make an appointment. I stood there awkwardly for a few minutes and then left because no one really acknowledged that I had entered. If you aren't going to pay to have dedicated front desk staff at least have your stylists say "someone will be with you in a moment" when a person walks in.
I was nervous to get my haircut after some bad experiences at another salon years ago. But WOW Karl was so kind and patient. He took the time to go over what I was wanting, checking in with me during the cut and gave me great suggestions and advice. I went in anxious but left feeling amazing and with the most beautiful haircut I could ask for. Thank you Karl! I love my new haircut
Andrew is amazing! I first went to see him after a bad haircut, and he completely transformed it—I walked out feeling like a different person. He is kind, attentive, and gives great advice. I’ll be coming back every time I’m in Vancouver. I just wish he lived closer to me!
