I had been looking around for a waxing business that could help address my hair sweater situation and made my decision based on how easy it was to navigate Happy Beaver’s website on my phone. The Happy Beaver had a private and clean space to do the work in. Kelsey, the technician, was very professional and friendly. She worked quickly and paid great attention to detail in catching random stray hairs who escaped initial removal. I will definitely seek out her services again once my sweater grows back.

Kelsey is freaking amazing! I started seeing her when I lived in the city 8 years ago. I’ve since moved 3 hours away, but I still make the drive, and would pay double the price for her Brazilians!! Hands down the absolute best! She makes you feel beyond comfortable, is super fast and you will leave the smoothest you’ve ever felt - not a hair left behind! You’re wasting your money to go anywhere else.

Booking online was easy enough, but customer service was basically nonexistent. I tried calling several times to book initially and no one answered. After booking online, I needed to reschedule the next day and again couldn’t get through. I left multiple messages over several days with no callback. Since I couldn’t connect with anyone, I missed the appointment and was charged the full service cost. I find that pretty unfair and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.

I loved my experience here! Not only is Kelsey an extremely skilled waxer but she's an awesome person. Her home is beautiful and it felt very comfortable but also professional as a home business setting. I haven't gone to a waxing salon for a long time due to past experiences but I'm so glad I found Kelsey and will absolutely be a returning client.
