Book with her at your own risk. Everything leading up to my event went really well, except when it came to the day of. She communicated well, provided invoices in a timely manner and was responsive to my questions leading up to the event. However, the day the of event was a terrible experience. I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of service and lack of professionalism I experienced. Vanessa was disorganized from the start. She incorrectly claimed she had not charged me for a custom acrylic sign, which was clearly included in the updated invoice. When I pointed this out, she became irate and argumentative instead of addressing the issue professionally. There was also a major miscommunication with vendors.
