We looked at noless than 8 houses and were getting discouraged. Meg Smith was patient, helpful and promised we would find the right place. We finally did, and even with the challenges on the sellers side, she worked hard to get us closed. She is down to earth and as honest as they come. We will recommend her to everyone.
We bought a second home through Happy Acres and words cannot express how amazingly helpful and supportive Cheryl was through the entire process. She knew exactly what to do when there were curveballs, she always clearly presented our options and advocated on our behalf, and together with Don we knew we were in good hands.
