Coming from a long-time, frequent customer, this place has gone downhill significantly since the previous owner sold it. I’ve been coming here since 2020, including throughout the COVID pandemic, but the new management has completely changed the experience, in a very negative way. I am extremely disappointed in the staff and the lack of care for client safety and satisfaction. This salon does not seem concerned about hurting customers or fixing work when something is wrong. Excellent service. I went in for a pedicure. Place is nice and very clean. Great ladies who work there.
My nail tech is always so amazing I love his skills he did my birthday manicure and it’s amazing and always last a long time
