Top tier instructors, great firearms education! All paperwork needed to apply for licenses was available the same day we completed the course. I can’t recommend them enough!

I saw Aly for severe back pain I was having that seemed to come out of nowhere. Before I could get in to see her, she listened thoroughly to what I was experiencing over the phone and sent exercises and stretches to help. Besides her massages being amazing and so helpful with just the right amount of pressure in spots I didn't even know I needed, Aly also worked with me to help me find the root of my issue. I absolutely recommend her!
I've been seeing Aly for the past several years for massage and trigger point therapy. She has always provided a thorough treatment with feedback and exercises to support. Recently, she was able to guide me through a muscle injury I had via FaceTime which was very helpful even though I couldn't make an in-person visit. Any time I twist, tear, or pull something or just need a good solid body treatment, Aly is my go-to!
