Was really happy initially with how everything was so well cleaned. My dress was a haute couture piece made from Italian lace and Mikado silk, and all stains appeared gone. It was cleaned in late 2023. However, I recently took out my dress to wear for a photoshoot and discovered my wonderful deep pockets had been removed and stitched up with puckering where they were, completely without my knowledge. I still don’t know why, or where the missing pockets are.
I highly recommend Happy Ever After Wedding Dress Cleaning! Julie went above and beyond in every way to help me! My dress looks absolutely beautiful after the clean and the service was so fast. Can't recommend Julia enough! And a special shout out to the lovely Jim for his help as well ☺️

Julie is a magician. My dress had a huge train that was absolutely covered in mud and dance floor slop not to mention fake tan. Her service from start to finish was unmatched going out of her way to collect and deliver my dress. Thanks again Julie I have recommended you to everyone I know.
