This experience with Happier at Home has been everything good. It was the first time using someone for my husband and because of the wonderful staff, he accepted them gladly. He understands them being with him, helps me also. He doesn't need much hands on care yet so the caregivers always ask me to leave them something to do. I know when I leave the house, he is safe because of them. Will definitely continue to use them in the future. Thank you Happier at Home!!

When we were looking for extra help for our aging father a friend referred me to Happier at Home. The two women that assisted my father were very kind and willing to do anything he needed. Dealing with Marie and the office staff was a wonderful experience. Always courteous and professional!

Marie and her team at Happier at Home (West Rochester) have been an amazing resource for my mom. She's used them mostly for transport and in every case she's been pleased with the helpful caregiver who's accompanied her. She always returns raving about how kind her driver was and reiterates how spending time with them makes her look forward to her next appointment. I started as a care giver over 2 years ago at Happier At Home and have enjoyed every moment with my clients. I have found all the families I've worked with to be welcoming, caring and informative. The interactions I have with my clients are special to me as I hear stories from their past and remanence with them. It doesn't feel like work at all! I feel it is a rewarding and positive position and am so happy I looked into Happier At Home.
