My grandmother is well cared for during the day, but at night when visiting I have found three different aides who are working the night shift, watching her to keep her from hurting herself, completely passed out, asleep on the job. We were very impressed with this agency based on an initial interview with the owner. We arranged live in home care with them for my brother. At first it worked out well. But the caregiver assigned to us suddenly had to leave. We were then sent another caregiver for a few days to cover.
