The staff in New York over charge people. They charge you to print out an e ticket. You have the app or email confirmation but want a hard copy just to take it from you all over again. They also charge a person 50 extra dollars for a baby who sat in a person lap smh. When you use the bathroom there is no tissue or sink to wash your hands. Un-sanitize and not clean. Felt uncomfortable using the bathroom. They drive extremely fast and not considerate of people on the bus.
Very bad customer service! The driver and the lady at the front desk were so rude ! No recommend to take this bus! If I could, I would give no star at all !!! 今天在纽约的前台售票女的和今晚的司机，你们做人讲话不能太嚣张，人在做，天在看，积点德，老天会收拾你们的！祝这家巴士公司早日关门歇业大吉！！！
Discovered Bb Bus last September of 2025 and I couldn't expect better arrival, driving and price.
I have been using this bus company for 25 years( under various names) and I have found that they have evolved for the better. Always on time, can't beat the price and the bathrooms are better( there is papel). I appreciate the drivers and their work ethic.
Good service arrives an hour early. Was very pleased
