Frustrating. I showed up at 5:35 pm to get embroidery done. The shop was closed with no note when they stated on the door. that they close at 6 PM. I called and left a message with my phone number for them to call me back to ensure I have the right hours. I had no call back. I showed up the next day at 3:30 to find a note saying they closed early due to a broken air conditioner. Driving from as far out as I did a return phone call would’ve been nice. I am not filled with confidence.
If you decide to do business with this company, please conduct your research by reading the reviews. I recommend that they offer you a formal written order, stating the specific date by which you need your products and that the business owner and customer sign off on it. DO NOT send emails or texts to anyone at this store. On Thursday 6/13, I brought in 5 shirts to be embroidered with a logo and emailed the logo from home that night. We agreed on pick up the following Friday 6/21. This was for an event on Sunday 6/23. On 6/18, I received a text that the logo had not been received. I emailed it again (though it had gone through the first time). It was confirmed received. That was the last communication I had. Fantastic Service and great friendly people. Needed a quick turn around and they actually finished early.
I have mixed feelings about this place. Their products are wonderful but they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Every time I leave there, I say I'm never going back. Great for baby gifts but not worth having to deal with these people. The vibe is beyond unfriendly. They act as if you are annoying them and so they rush thru your order as fast as they can. Not going back.
