On Thursday 6/13, I brought in 5 shirts to be embroidered with a logo and emailed the logo from home that night. We agreed on pick up the following Friday 6/21. This was for an event on Sunday 6/23. On 6/18, I received a text that the logo had not been received. I emailed it again (though it had gone through the first time). It was confirmed received. That was the last communication I had. Fantastic Service and great friendly people. Needed a quick turn around and they actually finished early.
I have mixed feelings about this place. Their products are wonderful but they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Every time I leave there, I say I'm never going back. Great for baby gifts but not worth having to deal with these people. The vibe is beyond unfriendly. They act as if you are annoying them and so they rush thru your order as fast as they can. Not going back.
