I went in there today to get embroidery done. I have NEVER been treated SO RUDELY! I left and was so angry driving home, I turned around and went back to retrieve my item. NO ONE was in the store...I was getting rushed as to choosing a font, etc. Eyes rolling...when I went back...more eye rolling and told to just grab my receipt on the way out as she turned and walked away. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to this store. And...you lost money today...because your person running the store was unbelievably RUDE and nasty!
Frustrating. I showed up at 5:35 pm to get embroidery done. The shop was closed with no note when they stated on the door. that they close at 6 PM. I called and left a message with my phone number for them to call me back to ensure I have the right hours. I had no call back. I showed up the next day at 3:30 to find a note saying they closed early due to a broken air conditioner. Driving from as far out as I did a return phone call would’ve been nice. I am not filled with confidence.
If you decide to do business with this company, please conduct your research by reading the reviews. I recommend that they offer you a formal written order, stating the specific date by which you need your products and that the business owner and customer sign off on it. DO NOT send emails or texts to anyone at this store. This type of communication appears to be lost in translation, and you may NOT receive your products on time, even if the event date is listed right on the shirts.
