Was scheduled to rent a cotton candy machine for our family reunion Kids Carnival event. Went to pick up the machine, but no one answered the door. No one responded to my numerous calls, texts or FB messages. Very unprofessional, I understand things happen, but a simple phone call or message that they were unable to satisfy the order would have sufficed. Some very disappointed younguns �
