He removed some trees for us and promised to return to remove the stump but never did. Never responded. Now we're stuck with stumps that are not dead and roots and leaves are still invasive. Very unprofessional and dishonest.
Taylor was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He treated our sickly tree for a very reasonable price, and gave us clear options for trimming and/or removal. I will definitely be calling on Happe Tree Service for all of my tree trimming needs.
